We developed a customized solution to enhance the client’s invoice process in NetSuite ERP.
Advanced PDF/HTML Invoice Customization
Utilized NetSuite’s Advanced PDF/HTML templates and FreeMarker to design custom invoices in both PDF and HTML formats, including the necessary additional customer data.
Automated Emailing
Implemented a script that, upon clicking a custom button on the invoice form, would automatically email the custom invoice (both PDF and HTML) to the specified recipient.
Custom Button with Payment Gateway
Added a “Pay Now” button on the invoice that directed customers to the payment gateway for quick, seamless payment processing.
Enhanced Customer Experience
The automated process ensured that customers received tailored invoices instantly, improving the overall sales experience.

The default NetSuite invoice templates did not meet the client’s requirements for customization, so we had to create a fully customized PDF/HTML invoice from scratch.
